BBQ Ribs - Pork or Beef?

My granddaughter doesn't care for pork, but loves BBQ Beef Ribs.

Most of the menus just state BBQ Ribs. Can any of you tell me which restaurants have BBQ "Beef" Ribs?

Most of the time on menus when they say BBQ ribs they are pork. Unless they state specifically beef. Most of the time they are a spare or a baby back pork rib.

I am sure that the ribs at Flame Tree BBQ are beef ribs. This is our favorite counter service restaurant. We all love these ribs!

Most ribs will be pork, short ribs are typically beef
