Barbecued Ribs (Crock Pot)
You will need 4 pounds of lean spareribs or 2 to 2 1/2 pounds of country style ribs.
2 Large Onions, Sliced
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Vinegar
1-1/2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Cup Ketchup
1 to 2 Cups Water (depending how thick you want the sauce) I used just 1 Cup
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Brown ribs, cut excess fat. Put them in the crock pot and add the other ingredients.
Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
