I didn't see the programme but it sounds to me like Warbird Adventures at Kissimmee Airport (off Hoagland Boulevard). An amazing company and a great experience. Look them up at:

Yes, It was Warbird Adventures and it said that flights start from around £100.

My DH did this flight in a Harvard last year and really loved it.He did aerobatics too If you are 'in' to aviation at all as he (sadly ) you'll love it.
