BBB questions?

We are very excited because our trip to WDW is in only 21 short days. Our 5year old will be visiting the BBB at Downtown Disney and was wanting to get an idea of what the dresses and hairstyles look like, as well as what type of things come with each package. We have made reservations for her to get the Crown Package (hair, make-up, & nails). In addition, she is going to be purchasing her own princess dress but cannot decide on which one. If anyone could help, we would be ever so grateful.

I can't help with photos, but have seen little girls all dressed up from BBB. One thing to remember, it will be very hot there in Orlando! You may really want to rethink this one, unless your daughter really has her heart set on getting all dressed up. My daughter has never wanted to do this, so we've never thought about it. I've seen little girls in dresses at MK in summertime, and they look quite hot and uncomfortable.

Just try to keep in mind the heat/humidity when picking a dress. And comfort for the shoes as well.

The day we go do the BBB is a day we are staying at the hotel and eating with Cinderella. The appointment is only 2 hours before our dinner reservation and then we'll be back to the hotel and air conditioning before she gets too hot. Thank you for your concern though.

We took a "cheaper" princess dress (bought at KB Toys) for DD to wear around the park simply because it didn't have 17 layers of tulle, organza, and satin. It was a Belle dress with a hoop under the skirt so it held the fabric away from her body. It also only came down just past her knees instead of to the floor. It was soooooo much cooler. We bought her a WDW dress, but let her wear that at home in the AC. You can take your own dress to BBB (we did!). They don't question you or anything!
