BBB in December?

Does anyone have any insight into why there are no reservations available for BBB in December? It's not just that there's no availability, you can't even search for availability past 11/30. We have a trip planned for early December, and our 60-day is rapidly approaching. Does BBB typically drop in the same way as ADRs, or in a different fashion?
