My 180 day mark is Saturday...and for our 6th day into our trip we want to book BBB for my two daughters (5 & 7) and my niece (5). I couldn't find it online...is this made at 180+10 as well? Or do I have to call exactly 180 days from the date I want it? We are wanting he castle location, and are hoping for around 11am...but any time would work before dinner at CRT (as long as I get it of course!) How long does the appointment take? What are my odds of getting time slots fairly close to one another? We have been to Disney twice before...but never the week before Christmas and never done BBB! thank you in advance for any tips!!!

If you are staying onsite you can call for BBB same day you make ADRs (180 +10). I feel like you shouldn't have a problem getting appointments for the girls.

As for the timing....my girls got the castle package and the entire thing (including getting photos) took around an hour.

I believe you have to call. I would try 180 from your check in date. If it doesn't work then you will know. Appointments take about an hour depending on the package purchased. The later it gets in the day the later Bbb tends to run. I wouldn't schedule too close to your CRT time.

We did it at around 9:30 I think and then had one of the earliest lunch times at CRT and it worked out perfectly. There were Fairy Godmothers without clients. It was October though. The earlier you are in the day for any appointment, the better the chance they will be running on time.

And yes, you have to call. Same with Harmony Barbershop, Pirate's League, Kid's Clubs etc. :)

As everyone said, you have to call. I have the phone number in my cell phone directory, and I called at 7 am EST on my 180 day mark. I went online, got BOG and CRT, then called BBB. You may want to snag an Akershus if you are after an early am reservation. I had no trouble getting BBB at 10 am for 2 little princesses. Our CRT lunch was at 12:20, and we had 11;00 am - 12 pm fastpasses to meet Anna and Elsa. We were taken pretty much on time and out in an hour. Being that you are booking day 6 of your vacation, you should get a decent time. They ask which package you want but you really don't have to make a decision until you get there.

Thank you all so much!! I will call right at 7am and keep my fingers crossed all my times work out well!!

It seems the easiest time to get CRT is lunch time. If for some reason you choose not to get CRT, or want dinner and it's not available, consider 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. Cinderella, the Prince, and Step Sisters are there. That's what we're doing in September, for a change, plus we have later BBB reservations, but September is hotter than December, so they should be fine in their dresses. We went in May (of this year) and mid day the girls wanted to change out of the costumes, but when we took DGD (then 4) in December, she happily wore her costume all day.

My ADR date was today. I got a 12:30 BBB (castle package) followed by a 2:00 CRT lunch. This was right a 7am

I just made that reservation a few months ago! Called exactly at 7 am. I got 8:10 am on the day that I wanted!

My ADR date was today! I wanted to rope drop and do rides before we did BBB (saving BBB for when crowds pick up)so.... I got BBB for 10:40am...lunch at BOG for 1pm...then dinner at the castle at 7! Figured we could do fastpasses in between lunch and dinner! Hopefully this princess day works out the way I hope! Thank you all for your help!

I think you did an excellent job! Be sure to save the princess visits for after the BBB. You will most likely see Cinderella, Ariel, Jasmine, Snow White and Aurora at dinner, but the Ariel in the Grotto is the mermaid, and there's Merida, Rapunzel and Tiana. You can find Alice near the tea cups, Minnie and Daisy are in the circus tent (I think also Mickey and Pluto) and don't forget Tinkerbell. As you can see from my picture, my DGDs dressed up like Zarina and Fawn, and Tinkerbell was so happy to see her friends! She is pointing out her home, Pixie Hollow. There may be others I have forgotten.
