DD will be 5 two months before our trip...

I planned that our first MK day we are going to be there for rope drop, then BBB at 12:30pm, then hopefully catch the parade at 3:00pm, followed by a 4:10adr at CRT...

Is this too much? Am I trying, (unsuccessfully) to cram it all in?

If it's not, any suggestions for parade viewing spots close to the castle to go from BBB to get right back to CRT?

If you're doing more than one day in MK it sounds fine. Utilize FP+ for sure.

That would have been a normal day for us when DD was 5 (and still now that she is 8). Usually one day in our trip it is rope drop, hit a few rides and characters, BBB, lunch at CRT, and that is usually the day we catch the afternoon parade too. We would then probably stay to close. It is a good thing you have other MK days because those 3 things take up a good chunk of the day, and keep you from getting a ton of other stuff done. Now, I will say when DD was 5, she did not have the stamina to walk the entire day, so we took a "just in case" stroller and wound up using it a lot that year (and this is the kid who never used a stroller at home after she started walking at 12 months no matter how much walking was involved- WDW is just different). At age 6, she had the stamina to walk the parks all day, but at age 5, she just wasn't quite there yet.
