Hello, how far in advance of my trip can I make a BBB reservation for my daughter. Also do i have to phone to do this or can I do it online? Do I need to specify which package I would like at the time of booking?

My travel agent booked ours at 180 days out I think. I booked the middle package but I'm pretty sure you can upgrade on the day if you wish.
