BBB and GF afternoon tea

Has anyone gone to BBB with their kids, then had afternoon tea at GF? Was it a special experience you would repeat?
I have BBB booked for my girls in Disney Springs on our last day before we drive home. I think it would be fun to go do something after they get fancy but there doesn’t seem to be a good option in Disney springs. I would like to try the afternoon tea but am curious about how people like it.

It would also delay our departure time which means driving late into the night to get home. Just looking for opinions...would it be worth it to you for a nice experience where the girls get to enjoy being dressed up before getting in the car to drive home? I think it’s a yes for me but haven’t completely decided.

True. Something to consider. Though we don’t have a grueling trip planned. Two park days; sleep in/ rest day; two park days, sleep in day on last day with late brunch.

I've done the afternoon tea several times and really enjoyed it, but never had the opportunity to do it with a couple young ladies in their princess attire - sounds magical. I vote go for it!

It sounds like a great idea! Perhaps consider switching their BBB appointments to the one at GF so you don't have to drive all over WDW?

I had no idea they had a BBB there! Thank you for letting me know. Off to check out availability. If we can’t get in there it’s okay...DH will be taking the boys to the NBA experience so we will all just go to DS, then the girls and I will take a Lyft to GF.

We did tea with DD after BBB, and she loved it. She was also in a princess dress, and I have a picture of her literally drinking with her pinkie up. I'd never seen her act so prim and proper.

I would try and schedule your BBB appointment earlier in your trip, though. It's lots of fun for the girls to be fixed up while they're in the parks, and, depending on the hairstye you pick, it can last days. Especially the bun -- that thing can last through a hurricane.

I wish we could!! We did it during our first trip at MK and that was fun, but this is really the only time it fits in this short trip. The other free time is swim time and I don’t want to get it done just to have them hop in the pool afterward. I went ahead and booked the tea! I’m really looking forward to it and I know my girls will love it.

ETA: we only have one day in each park...no one will want to miss rides for BBB
