Bay view or MK view from CR N. Garden wing

What view do you like better from the North Garden room

Bay or Magic Kingdom ?

Is the 2nd or 3rd floor better ??

My personal choice is the parking lot view (I guess it is also called MK view )--as close as possible to the tower. I like the 2nd floor better than the 3rd.
