Bay Lake Tower RUMOURS ?

Has anyone even heard RUMOURS about potential sale and/or opening dates for the Bay Lake Tower? I know there's nothing official, but these sort of things often have rumours floating way before offical announcements are made...

Mid-August for start of sales this year is the most recent rumour we've heard from the DIS boards and the guides (who have been hinting).

We are in WDW now and have hit EVERY DVC kiosk we have came across and none of them are talkin'. Actually most of them have said we members will probably know before they do! Pretty much all of them have confirmed the same rumors we have all been hearing for months but everything is still a "rumor"...We depart for our other "home" in the morning going to check the open house on the BoardWalk agaib tonight,he was pretty talkative, and see if anything was said today. Will post tonight what we says.

We're at the SSR right now & what we have heard from 3 different sources is that BLT is just an addition to the CR - no DVC.

I've heard sales in LATE summer 2008 with availability sometime in 2009. I'm guessing 9-12 months later but I'd think some of the old-timers here could give a better idea of how long the window generally is from announcement, to sales, to 1st Check-In.
