I'm thinking about buying into BLT on resale. Does anyone here have regrets about owning here?

My only regret is not buying more points! LOL!!!

We also own at BWV, so we almost always do split stays between these two. I'm not a big fan of the buses, so this approach helps eliminate some of that.

Absolutely no regrets, we are staying for Easter next year and reading that it is also one of the resorts with Easter displays and the proximity to MK to take our Easter bunny photos has me super excited!!

Yes!! The eggs are between the checkin area and Steakhouse 71 in the contemporary.

Arriving to a 1BR Theme Park View August 18, almost certainly a refurbished room, just hoping for as high a floor as possible for best show views. MK closes early many nights so I have to watch from my Balcony a lot LOL

Moving here from an AK Kidani Studio so I rented a car from the Car Care center for the day so I can go get groceries and manage my food and beverage "extra luggage."

CR is my sentimental favorite even though I never got to buy points here. It was the first on-site hotel I ever stayed in, I love the Monorail passing through, and how close it is to the MK. I also love the quick trip to Poly, GF and WL for other food options.

Chef Mickey's is also a favorite. When my daughter was still in a high chair, they had rolling high chairs. When Minnie visited our table, she was quite taken with our girl. When the music started, Minnie came back and wheeled her around the restaurant in the character parade. Adorable.

“Why are you taking a baby/toddler to Disney? They will never remember it!!” Is what I constantly have been told/asked.

Maybe they will and maybe they won’t but the fact is us parents certainly do and cherish those memories we made together at a special place.

OMG we heard that all the time. But we had been going for years before we had a child. In fact, we took her as soon as we had clearance from the pediatrician! Her first visit was at 6 weeks old.

My favorite Disney memory with kids was at Disneyland during Halloween time. The characters gave so much attention to the kids, playing hide and seek and other games with them, particularly Minnie Mouse with my 6 year old cousin.

Later in the night we were at Oogie Boogie Bash and Minnie was in the parade and waved at my cousin and blew her a kiss. My cousin jumped up and down so excited and screamed, "She remembered me!!!!" To say my heart melted was an understatement and Disney can take my $30k lol

I agree with not buying more points which is why I just closed on another 170 point contract!

I have received great information from this thread so thank you! I am going through that "hard to sleep at night because I'm so excited" stage as we arrive next Tuesday. We have the cabana I wanted booked for a Saturday of our trip and wondered if we were allowed to move a lounge chair into that area? I know there is a lot of seating but we are 6 adults and 3 littles so I imagine the littles will be spending time inside the cabana but us ladies will likely want to lounge in the sun.

I saw someone ask if anyone had refurb updates on June 17 but no answer, then someone posted they had a refurb studio theme park view on July 4 weekend on Floor 10. That's center section, and they were last working high floors center section if I remember right.

Anyone else have reports on where refurb work was happening? Should be wrapping up pretty quick. I have a 1BR Theme park view mid August, can't wait!

I was on the 6th floor in the south wing facing the marina June 18th. I walked to the recycling room and believe the hallway near the center rooms still had the old carpets.

Consistent with the report I saw before June... Surprised it wasn't blocked off for work. If Floor 10 is done I am encouraged.
