Bay Lake Tower/DVC problem HELP

I saw a post that Doorway to Dreams was selling DVC points for $100 in NYC and I tried to get there but could not. So I called DVC and was told that I had to speak to Judy Kaufman. She was out of the office. I came back to the website and learned that you could pay 17,920 as the points are $112 and they would give you 5 points for the downpayment. I went to the DVC website and spoke to a live person by a chat feature who quoted me the same rate but told me I had to call Judy. I called the information number and got someone named George who told me I had to pay $120 because I did not call before midnight and there would be no incentives. He tried to switch me to another resort by saying that no one books 7 months in advance. He also said a bunch of other upsetting things. Can someone help me get to the right people at DVC for this?

The only thing I do know is that the price for BLT was to go to $120.00 per point today.

Typically, if you have not yet started the purchase, it is difficult to get Disney to agree to give you the old price. However, never say never and all you can do is try.

If you talked to someone today and they referred you to Judy, then I would just wait to talk to her to see if they will make an exception and allow you to purchase under the old incentives.

I took a tour of BWV years ago with Judy. She is very nice and knowledgeable but I dont understand why someone else could not speak with me yesterday when she is out on weekends. I was unaware that the incentive would be up yesterday when i was chatting with the online person. As a matter of fact, the online person today quoted me the same stuff as yesterday. They just wanted me to buy points somewhere else. It was a bait and switch. Not allowed outside of Florida.

Any chance that you left a message on Judy's voice mail? If so, Judy will honor the price that was quoted yesterday.

When we bought, we had to leave a message on our guide's voice mail (he was out the last day of our deal). When he got back in, he said as long as they have a message, they will honor the deal when they get back in the office.

If you took a tour, then Judy is your assigned guide and that is why they advised you to talk to Judy.

But, as the PP said, if you left a message for Judy (or even remember the name of the guide you spoke with over the phone on Saturday who referred you to Judy), then you will probably be eligible for the incentives you were quoted.

Thanks for your reply and suggestions. I will got to the Doorway to Dreams store in Garden City sometime this week and see what they say. I am not even sure I want to do this anymore. They are really trying to sell something else.
