Great review. BLT is our home resort. It was a toss up between BLT and AKL. BLT won out because of its location and the annual dues per point versus animal kingdom. We think the best feature of this resort is if you get a one bedroom or higher. 2 bathrooms in a one bedroom and 3 in a two bedroom is a life saver, plus a full kitchen is extremely helpful.

That resort is pretty remarkable. I think it is probably in my top-5. The advantage of being able to book early at BLT, plus the annual dues are leading me towards buying in there.

Another BLT owner chiming in. Points are not and never have been 12 in any room category any time of year. The "cheapest" has always been 14. Just need to correct that misinformation.

Alex - I just read my first ever trip report - yours! I enjoyed all of it, especially your magnificent pictures! I'm going to WDW in just over a week, we're staying at the WL and I cant' wait. It will be my first time going as a mom so I'm both nervous and excited...

And I am aware that I don't know you personally, but I really think you need to become a DVC member. I bought in 2011, on a whim, before marriage and kids and I've never regretted it! Go for it!
