Charmin has a roll size guide on the package. Choose between regular roll, big roll, giant roll, and mega roll. Give me a break. Do I need 4 different size rolls to choose from when I buy toilet tissue? I bought a pack with regular rolls the other day, and they certainly were a lot smaller than they used to be before they had all these other sizes to choose from.

I accidentally bought the "regular" roll package last week. Oh my! How I hate those little things. Man do we ever go through those rolls fast. Those were probably the size of toilet rolls back in 1960 or something?

I guess that depends on how often you find the need to change the roll. Do we really need an option of a roll equal to 4 regular size rolls (mega)? Let alone the fact that you have to get a special "adapter" to allow a roll this large to fit your standard tissue holder.

Ooohhh, I love the new Mega rolls!!!! They just fit when full size without any adaptors, although it is a little tough to freely unroll the first few uses. I hate running out of TP so I keep it stocked like we are going to be housebound for the winter, and the Mega roll just feels good to me!!!!

I bought some Kleenex tissues yesterday. There was an insert making this huge deal about an upcoming packaging that will be most wonderful. MORE TISSUES in each box. I thought....OK. Read a bit more and WOW, a whole 18 more tissues in the newer boxes. What makes it so great? So what.....I have a cold and a runny nose that won't quit so while I use this box of tissues I can sit on the couch for what??????a whole 3 hours longer than if I had the old package?

FYI: If you have a septic system, you should steer clear of Charmin! Apparently, it doesn't breakdown as well as some other brands.

I have a love/hate relationship with Charmin. I love the way it feels and I hate the way it ALWAYS clogs up my toliet. I won't buy it anymore because of this. When I was preg and used the potty a couple times a night. By morning the toilet would clog just from a couple uses. (We don't flush at night. It might disturb the kids, plus everytime we flush it's money down the drain...literally. City water and Sewer) The bad thing is EVERYTIME we are in a store my 3 and 4 year old BEG me to get "Cha-Cha".

I have never heard that. We have septic tank problems sometimes. Maybe I should switch brands.
