Bathroom fixtures - what brand did you use?

So we are remodeling our bath and were wondering which brand of fixtures (faucets, showerhead) did you use/ There are so many different kinds to choose from and we are very confused. Any advice welcome. thanks,

Choosing the fixtures for our bath was almost as bad as pulling teeth. For the prices some you'd think they had to be solid gold Its been a few years and I still remember the agony of choosing.

Anyway, we wound up with a mix. Delta for sink fixture and Kohler in the tub/shower. Not too cheap/ not too expensive. Looks nice even though the tub/shower is chrome and the sink is brushed nickel. If I could have afforded an extra $250 the tub/shower would have been too, but we were hitting the breaking point budget wise.

When I remodeled in Calif. I used hans-grohe and Grohe. Very expensive but beautiful. I sold the place a few years later so I'm not sure how they held up.

In Arkansas my plumber hates it if I use anything but Delta. He said the others cost a fortune to fix and don't last as long as they should. The Koehler products I had sure didn't.

I am currently remodeling a condo in Arkansas. My decorator is handling everything. I just have some dos and don'ts so I have no clue what is going into my new place. I can't even remember the brand of appliances and I did go pick them out.

My decorator has so much better taste than I do. My furniture is all in storage. She is going to totally decorate it, and then I will go see it. Ok I have peeked at the new cabinets and demo work - but I've only gone in twice in the past 3 months.
