I went to the sale this morning too. I'm so depressed--I thought I read on this thread that Ginger Lime was back, but at my store they said no.

I did get huge bottles of Seaspray shower gel and lotion for $2.50, some Cucumber melon bar soap for $2.00, Green Tea and Cucumber lotion for $4.00 and a few bottles of Citrus Basil lotion for my sister who loves that scent. I forgot what else I bought, but I got a whole ag full of stuff for about $25.

I'm still depressed about the Ginger Lime though. That was my all-time favorite scent.

Have you tried to contact Bath and Body Works to see if you can order it? I read on their website that a lot of discontinued products are available through phone orders!

It's worth a shot. If you get on their website click on "About Us" at the bottom and then FAQ's and it lists the specifics on there.

People that have come to my house tell me that I have enough B&BW stuff to open my own store! LOL Does anyone know if the shampoo is on sale???

My Fav scent is (was because it has been disc. also) is Serenity is was a part of the first aromathepy line, they "say" there is a comparable one now but it just isn't the same. I have 1 1/2 perfume bottles left and 1 bottle of the lotion. I did however find a candle that is simaler, from Party Lite it is also called serenity.

Other than that my fav scent would have to be Cucumber Melon, I have every item they have in that scent! I love B&BW

shampoo was on sale for $4, originally $7. I dont care for it, but let me tell you it was probably the most popular item while I was there, women had baskets full of just that.

O.K. ladies, I hit the motherload!

I walked in the place and ALMOST walked out because I didn't see any Tranquil Tropics. But there in the back of the store on its own little table was a whole SLEW of Tranquil Tropics!

$100 later, I'm back, and have enough Tranquil Tropics to carry me through the next decade, me thinks!

They had a great selection, better than past years! Of their discontinued scents I saw lots of Coco Cabana, Pearberry, Country Apple, Sweet Pea, Gardenia Lily, Seaspray and a bunch more that I can't think of right now. I did look for Ginger Lime for Jill but unfortunately my store didn't have any either.

There were about 30 people in the store when I was there. Stuff is going fast, so if you are going, ladies, better go now!

I just got back. stocked up on green clover & aloe, pearberry, and got some christmas gifts. And conveniently enough, I was almost out of shampoo.
and DH loves the aromatherapy sprays so I had to buy that. and they had wallflowers marked down to $5

Sweet Pea is discontinued? I hope not! This always happens to me. I used to use Sunburst Melon, then that dc. Then I wore Flowering Herb, and it dc. So, I switch to Crystal Blue Watera and that dc!!!! I will be up the creek if Sweet Pea is really discontinued!

Thanks for the tip on Tranquil Tropics Snoopy! Got that one + CocoCabana, Sheer Freesia, more Coconut Lime Verbena, Sweet Pea, White Tea & Ginger, and Grapefruit Jasmine!! I think that Tranquil Tropics will be my Disneyland vacation scent!

They had lots of shampoo at the store I went to!

I love Bath And Body works! We don't have one here but I kind of like it that way, just the thought of it reminds me of being on holidays in the states. Ooooo, what fun! They do have some great products.

PLEASE say Sweet Pea is not discontinued! I finally discovered it and it is the first plug in that I can actually smell.
The Red Delicious used to be strong but the last couple I bought don't even scent the small bathroom they are in.

Love the Coconut Lime! Reminds me of our trip to Key West last year. That's where I first wore this scent.

Are the wallflower REFILLS on sale????????? The best for summer is Coconut Grove.

Wallflower refills are not on sale They are part of the Buy 3 Get 1 Free offer. FYI - Many of the scents on the most recent discontinued list, (Country Apple, White Tea and Ginger, NIght Blooming Jasmine and I thing Pearberry) will be sticking around until the beginning of 2005. So many people called the toll-free number, (that you can get at your local BBW) to complain, that the company decided to keep thoses scents around for a while. This semi-annual sale is supposed to be the last that we see of Honeysuckle, Cococabana, Peach Necter, and Sea spray. But, never say never - BBW changes it's mind on a monthly basis as to what they are going to keep and what they are not.

$180 dollars later I am cursing this thread! Although I did get lots of stuff. Including 4 christmas gifts. I got Coco Cabanna, She butter and rice? Black currant and somthing? a few warm vannilla sugar things, grapefruit peppermint milled soap which I love! about 12 glycerin soaps. And FYI Sweet Pea was included with the discontinued stuff here in MA because I bought about 5-6 of them..

Snoopy: I'm glad I'm not the only one that went overboard I was walking through that store like I was on shop till you drop I had never smelled Coco Cabana, but after seeing it on here I looked for it and LOVE IT! I didn't see Tranquil Tropics, though Anyway, how much did everyone end up saving?? I spent $105 and I added up what everything should have been and it was around $195. AWESOME! I think I'm good for the next decade too I love all the Spa stuff and it's buy one get one free! All the lotions with shea and the pure shea are the best!!

I am hot pursuit of Clover and Aloe Spray. I thought I stocked up on this last year.....I did but lotions! The clerk at one local store was so awesome told me to keep calling her every few days and if she found some she would hold it for me!
