The first River Cruises are later in the year. They run around Christmas time and then the Summer/Shoulder (May/Sep/Oct) seasons. I believe this Rhine River cruise starts late May this year.
ETA: I just checked AMAWaterways' website (the company that owns/runs the ships) and they have a Rhine River cruise that sails on April 14th. It's still listed on their website, listing checkin as tomorrow, so I'm assuming they are sailing. So that's a really good sign.
