Basic black ink journal pages with no clip art?

Hey all you talented dis-igners out there in cyber-space!

I am wondering if someone may be able to help me out......to try and keep printing costs to a minimum, I am hoping to just have someone create journal pages/activity pages for my 9 yo DD that would use just black ink? Disney font preferred if possible, with NO character clip-art?

I would just use the millions and zillions of disney stickers that are in our local dollar stores and our own craft cabinets in the basement of our house to embellish the pages afterwards!

I have come across some really nice journal pages here, but they are filled with clipart.

I made one for my kids in MS Word. I used the pretty much the same wording as the one from Mouse For Less, but added things specific to our trip, like which park we're going to instead of just a generic day 1, day 2 etc. I made it with a 1 1/4 inch margin all around so that we can add stickers that the kids get from CMs and our own (found really cute Halloween Mickey ones at Walgreen's).
