I dont know that many baseball teams have just disappeared. Do you mean moved from one city to another?

As a Cubs fan I can definitely say that although they won 100 years ago they are certainly not a team right now

The Anaheim Angels won the World Series in 2002 and no longer exist (although that is how I still refer to them)

The just changed their name though...they didnt actually move, unlike the Braves heading to Atlanta.

Uhhh no, the Pirates are still around...just watched them play the A's last weekend in retro uniforms. That was fun. Of course we (the A's) did beat them, but the Pirates played well.

Nope, the team is still around and still plays in the same stadium. They just changed their name from the Anaheim Angels to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. LOL
