Bars at Yacht and Beach Club or Boardwalk accessible by everyone?

One of my favorite parts of a vacation is the moment I sit down and enjoy a nice cool cocktail while a warm Florida breeze blows through my hair and relaxing tunes fill the air. Could it get any better? Yes, it could, because as those ads say- the less you pay, the more fun it is!

So here's the situation- I am planning on buying a DDE to get the discount but I will be staying at the Swan. None of the lounges or pool bars accept DDE there, but I was wondering, could I walk over to another bar (preferably outdoors) at a closeby resort (Martha's Vineyard Lounge, Rip Tide Lounge, Bellevue Lounge, Ale and Compass Lounge, and Crew's Cup Lounge all accept DDE) and have a few drinks and relax?

We love the Belle Vue Lounge at the BWI...very relaxing and quiet. They do have a little outdoor patio where you could feel the breeze. Sometimes, we buy beers or drinks at one of the kiosks on the Boardwalk (or if just beer-you can also buy them at the BWVs gift/food shop on the BW-very economical) and go up and sit on the back porch of the BWI/BWVs in the big chairs and look out over the boardwalk and water or just sit on a bench along the water and take in the view. The brew pub at the BW takes DDE and has outdoor seating, but I have always found it a little loud- not bad, but not relaxing either. Have fun!

Inside the resorts they are more than happy to serve you. Hurricane Hannah's at Stormalong Bay is approachable from the public sidewalk side with adjacent tables. I don't think anyone would mind of you wandered into the pool area, sat down and ordered a drink. I'll keep my eye open for you.
