Barnstormer height question

I know the height requirement for Barnstormer at MK is 32 inches. Is this with or without shoes? Like is the actual measure line at 32.5 inches, assuming you have 1/2 inch soles, or is it really at 32 inches with your shoes on? DS will just be 15 months and not sure if hell make the cut (he was 30.5 inches at his one year). He may with shoes on. Trying to figure if he'll ride with us or if we should rider swap this with older DS6 while baby naps in the stroller. Thanks.

Height with shoes, so 32" (with shoes).

Put his shoes on at home and measure him on a firm surface, against a wall. Each pair of shoes will give you a different height.

During our last trip, CMs really wanted our DS3.5 to be able to ride at 40. He was close...really close, so they had him raise his hands/arms straight up, etc. I didn't think he would make it, but he did, everytime.

Double-check the height requirement. I think the WDW website says 35 inches.

I looked it up when I saw this post because I remembered the original version being 36 inches when my 2 and a half year old DD was one inch too short. The CM told her to stretch up tall and let her ride. She loved it, but I would have been nervous with a 15 mth old.

We were just there - it is height with shoes. DD2 barely made the cut (they were trying to mash her hair down to make sure) but they didn't make her take her shoes off.

It is 35" though, so it doesn't matter!

I misposted!!! I was thinking of the Speedway ride!!! That is what i'm hoping DS15 months will be able to ride. No, he won't make barnstormer but i was hoping he'd stretch out to 32 inches for Speedway at MK. thanks for the responses!
