Bargain Pack Online Store ?

I have ordered from bargain pack several times in the past and I have never had troubles with the order. This last order I placed I am having troubles with. I received my order but not all of it. I have emailed her with no response. I was wondering if anyone else ever had problems with this company?

I've ordered from Gayle frequently. I don't expect the fastest turn around, but I've always gotten my product. Several times things have been backordered and other than the note on the original packing slip I don't think I got any other notice. On one occasion, the product took a couple months to come in - but that was a couple years ago. Everything has been much quicker since then.

How long has it been since you emailed her? I believe she has another job & does this "on the side" so to speak, because she mentioned one time about not getting to check on something until she got there after midnight.

The times recently that I've had reason to email her I got a response in as short as a few hours or as long as a week, but she explained she'd had to go out of town suddenly on that occasion.

I like Gayle a lot & have no hesitation to place an order with her or recommend her site to someone else. However, I always make sure to tell people her turn-around isn't the fastest & you probably don't want to order from her for a swap.

I understand and I know that her turn around time isn't fast at all but that isn't my problem. I emailed her over a week ago and still no response. I will be patient and wait and hope I hear from her. Like I said, I have ordered from her many many times and never had a problem. I like her products and prices.

I agree with this! I will never use her for a swap again. I had a bottle of primas break once, and she replaced the next day, but when it comes to time of shippment, it's hit or miss. I've waited a few days for an email reply too, and with the holiday, maybe she is on vaca

I don't know if she's away right now, but they were very busy with the 4th of July sale! But she must be catching up already because my order was shipped yesterday already.

I'd just email her again.

Funny there is a thread about this, I just placed an order this morning with Gayle! I love Bargain Pack and you guys are right, it isn't a fast turn around, but I have always received my items in a timely manner! I actually got addicted to her site because of all the brads and eyelets she has (Yes, I am addicted to brads! ) and then just kept placing orders for other things. I love her assortment of Primas as well, so this morning I placed an order for those!

I agree, she might have been busy with the holiday and I would give her a few more days to catch up! Good Luck!
