Bargain Hunter

Every dollar (or pound) counts. If I can get something for 2-whatever less, that's more money in *my* pocket, which makes me happy.

Some people pride themselves on never paying full price, even if the discount they end up with is minimal. . .
Yep happened at market selling softball 🍊🍊 4/dollar... Vietnamese Internet bride with baby couldn't stand it... she needed 5... Her 70 years old husband apologized

The frustration works both ways. I found an item on eBay that I was looking for. The seller is asking $47.99 plus $12.00 shipping. The picture showed the retail price of $44.99. I offered the seller a flat $45.00. He refused my offer and the item is still not sold. I do not understand why sellers say they will take offers but then refuse a reasonable offer.

We have a garage sale every year within our HOA neighborhood. No matter what price I put on an item, people always ask for less. A LOT less in most cases. I get it...to a point. Even if I have something for sale for $1 or 50 cents, I'm offered half. My husband used to sell his collectibles on Ebay. I will say the cost of shipping is very high. Not worth it in most cases. That's one reason my husband stopped.
