Today, we woke up excited because we were on our way to Animal Kingdom again! .. As I said before, I LOVE THIS PARK! And now, as I look through all of my pictures from there, it TRULY looks as if we went away to foreign places like Anadapur and Harambe. Its just SO cool! Today we decided to move at a more leisurely pace because we still had some things to see, but we could take our time! This installment will be a lot of pictures because my camera is dead and needs to be charged so today I can only get the pictures from that morning.
Todd ran down and got us some breakfast in bed. Yes I am eating a bagel and a croissant - hey its vacation WHO CARES! haha
Animal Kingdom had early magic hour so we headed on over and made our way of course to EXPEDITION EVEREST again!! This was an AMAZING morning! It was beautiful out and Todd and I decided to ride Everest sitting in the FRONT SEAT every time. We ended up riding 8 times in a row (the very front seat everytime) because for some reason at this hour the park was dead and omgosh, it was amazing!! Since we rode so many times, we had a lot of time to take pictures of some of the awesome theming on this ride! I love love the theming on here. Disney really put some effort into this standby line!
Todd also snapped a picture of our view of the broken track from the very front! The view was SO cool on this ride!!
After all of our rides, we took a break on one of the benches outside of Everest and I called my dad to brag. Our conversation went a little like this.
Me: Good morning Dad!
Dad: Hey sweetie! How are you?
Me: Well Im pretty good.. ya know, the usual... just rode Everest 8 times in a row FRONT SEAT!
Dad: OH YOU LITTLE BRAT IM SO JEALOUS!
Me: hahahahahahaha! What are you doing?
Dad: Nothing that compares to you, you lucky!
Me: hahahahahahahahahahahahhaha muahahahahaha muahahahaha
Im a little evil, but hey I was on an "everest adrenaline rush"!! After I was done gloating to my poor father who was snowed in at home, Todd and I took a little Anadapur photo shoot!
We walked around for a little bit, enjoying the sites, sounds, and smells of this fantastic park. I got a great picture of the Tree Of Life!
We stopped to take pictures with Baloo. He was VERY tall!
After that we decided to go to the Bird Show (which at the time we didn't think would be as wonderful as it was) so we were heading back that way when we bumped in De-Vine!!!
Unfortunately this is where my pictures end, so I cannot send out PART 2 until my camera is charged, but I figured this is better than nothing!!! Next up - the rest of our day at Animal Kingdom - we hit ALL the rest of the rides and shows - pizzafari and I think Boma for dinner .. dont quote me on that one though!!
