Hey all,
I am trying to plan an "adults night out" for our trip in Sept. We have 3 parties going, 2 are staying at CBR and 1 (us) will be at CSR. The "babysitters" (my in-laws) will also be at CBR. The adults just want to take a couple of hours to relax and have some drinks at a nice bar/lounge or maybe a couple different ones. I have thought about doing the monorail route, the boardwalk area, downtown disney. However all of those seem complicated when you figure that we have to leave the kids at CBR, transfer somewhere else (possible requiring more than one transfer), then at the end of the evening we will have to go back to CBR, get our kids, then take a bus to one of the parks and then another one to our resort (Phew!).

I figure the easiest thing to do would be to just leave the kids with the in laws and hang out at CBR in the lounge area for a couple of hours, then get our kids and head back to our resort.

My question (finally ;)) is, does CBR even have a lounge? I see that they have a pool bar, but the menu (food AND drinks) looks very limited. I also noticed that Shutters has a very EXTENSIVE drink menu. Is there a separate bar or lounge area at Shutters, or can you get a table and only order drinks and snacks? Thanks for any info!

Hi MrsMud I'd like to know the answer to this too! Maybe the answer will be on the resorts board? I know there's a great CBR thread there run by safetymom, that might have the info we need!

Good luck!

Thanks that's a good idea, I'll post this over there.
