Banners ??? Where are they?

Okay ... I've searched and searched, and am probably looking in all the wrong places, but where do I get my hands on one of those cool banners for my signature. They're probably staring me in the face, but I can't seem to find them!

I added the AK banner to my signature after "Donald is #1" told me where it was. It then added it to my signature on all my posts.
