Banner in signature

I lost the AKV banner that used to be in my signature. Can someone tell me what to do to get it back? I don't remember where I got it from or how I did it the first time!

i've been meaning to put in my banners for a long time and I finally went through the process. I'm not super computer savy but look what I was able to accomplish!! Woohoo
