Banking Question...

We have 160 pts. Sept UY. We had banked our first years(2007) pts. We have a trip booked for This Sept.(104 pts) Our current profile states...

Total Annual Allotment of Vacation Points 160
Total Vacation Points Remaining 216
Total Vacation Points Available to Bank 160
Total Vacation Points Available to Borrow160

We will be booking another trip for May 09 next week which will only use approx. 64 points...

My question is ...
When do we have to bank any remaining points for this UY?

Sorry for the complicated question, but I'm in panic mode that I messed up and am going to lose points...
