Banking Points Question

I am planning on purchasing DVC resale for the first time. The contract I am looking at has 2010 points banked, 2011 points current and an Aug UY. We will not be able to use the 2010 points before they expire in Aug, I plan on renting those out if the contract goes through.

My question is, can I bank the 2011 points (needs to be done by March 31) when the 2010 points are already banked?

Yes. Once you bank the 2011 points, they will be valid from August 1st, 2012 through July 31st, 2013.

You can't re-bank the 2010 points, but you can certainly bank the 2011 points so long as you do it by March 31st.
