Banking points question

Ok, my mom has gone home (thank goodness), so I wanted to bank my points that I got for Oct 05 UY (I waited in case her alergies kicked up & I would need to get her a room instead of have her stay in my apt).

Do I just call Member Services and give them my contract number & tell them to bank the points? I see they close at 5:30 every day but today, so I was going to call them tonight.

I purchased on 3/15, and received my membership site "pin" in the mail on Monday. I went to register, but it asks for a "club id" and says that this is on my closing papers. I haven't closed yet, so I guess I can't access the site?

It sounds like you are in the same situation as I am. I just bought thru Disney which included my 2005 points and an Oct UY. Even though the 100% banking period ends today, I was told by my guide that I actually had until the expected date of my closing(4/16) in which to bank my points. Just to be safe, I called yesterday and banked by points anyway. You should be able to call MS today and give them the required info and bank your points. The ID printed on one of the pages that was included in your welcome package( it's about 7 digits) along with the documents for you to sign and return to Disney. It is different than your member ID which is around 14 digits.
 
I know some people who purchased at SSR got a banking extension but if you didn't, then you only have until tomorrow to bank 100% of your points. Yes, you just call MS and ask them to bank your points.

Yes, you need a "Club ID" along with your PIN to log in to the members website the first time. When you call MS, ask them if they can give you your Club ID over the phone. I bought resale and didn't get my Club ID in the mail and MS was happy to give it to me over the phone after I provided some details about my contract to confirm my identity. It's possible that you won't have one yet since you haven't closed yet but it doesn't hurt to ask.
 
Call your guide immediately and he/she will help you take care of it.
 

I called Member Services last night and was able to bank my points. She gave me my id over the phone so i can access the web site. Thanks for your help!
