Banking points online

Are we no longer allowed to bank our points online? I have tried several times and keep getting a message that it cannot be done at this time. Is this a temporary problem or have they stopped online banking for good?

Haven't tried but problems like that with Disney's on-line system often occur and it is temporary. You are still allowed to bank on-line.

Thanks. I swear sometimes that website is cursed. It always has some sort of issue going on. I've been trying to bank my points since early september.

If you are close to a banking deadline call and do it over the phone.

I banked my points over the phone & it was quick & easy. You might want to try calling MS.

Appears to be back up and available - I just did an online banking to close out the use of my 2009 points (time to make 2010 use year ressies soon!).
