Banking points online?

I have 40 points I need to bank by the end of March. I'm trying to do it online, but I'm getting this message

Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort
points avail. to bank 40 - 0 (banked points) = 40 (points remaining)
You entered 40 Vacation Points to bank from this contract, which brings the sum total across all contracts over 40 Vacation Points available to bank on this Membership. Please enter a number that makes the sum total of Vacation Points to bank from all contracts on this Membership less than or equal to 40.


I don't understand the message I'm getting, I have 40 points, so I enter 40, it keeps changing it back to 0 and giving me the above message in red. I guess I can call MS to bank but wondered if anyone could tell me what I'm doing wrong.

I think I've read of this issue before here. I'd call MS and get it done with them. Tell them about the problem you had.

After reading what the message says several times and trying to decipher it, I have concluded what it actually says is:

"You have 40 points to bank. You have tried to bank 40 points. However, it is quite obvious to this computer that 40 is greater than 40 and thus you are trying to bank too many points and therefore you are permitted to bank none unless you can submit a number that is really closer to 40 than 40 actually is."

After reading what the message says several times and trying to decipher it, I have concluded what it actually says is:

"You have 40 points to bank. You have tried to bank 40 points. However, it is quite obvious to this computer that 40 is greater than 40 and thus you are trying to bank too many points and therefore you are permitted to bank none unless you can submit a number that is really closer to 40 than 40 actually is."

This is a great translation. Remind to come and find you when I'm looking for someone who speaks Disney IT.

I have been getting that message since last week finally caved and called MS on Tuesday to bank my points. They said they were having a few glitches. Whatever htat means.

That means the software is buggy.
