Banked Points

I banked 50 points from 08 year into the 09 UY. Now I don't think we will be going in 09 at all and will also be banking all of the 09 points to UY 10.

? What happens to the 50 banked points for 08 in 09? Do have to use them or can I bank them again? What are my options with the 08 banked points.

The good news is that in 10 we will have a lot of points saved up.

The 50 points banked into your 2009 Use Year must be used by the end of that Use Year - for example, if you have a June Use Year the banked points must be used by May 31, 2010.

Depending on when you want to travel in 2010, the banked points may work just fine ( although it sounds as though you don't plan to travel during your 09 Use Year) - otherwise your options are to make a reservation for someone else using those points or use them for a future World Passport Exchange (but, you'd need to add some additional points to have enough for an exchange).

The points banked in to your 2009 UY will have to be used or you will forfeit them. Points can only be banked once. You also can not transfer banked points.
