Banked points are not banked

Received the member newsletter email today and it said that I have all of my points available when I distinctly remember I banked all 175 points into my next use year. Of course, now my banking window is CLOSED for the year and Member Services is CLOSED for the night! I am currently sick to my stomach, as I had banked the points to use next year for a trip to Aulani. UGH! And of course I cleaned out my email last month. I am currently having a heart attack thinking about this!
I had a similar problem, I went to the website and banked my points the day before the cut off. Thought all was good, then I went to book this years vacation using '14 banked and 15' points and they said there was nothing banked!!!
Thank god MS was amazing and she fixed it for me, makes me wonder if the website has more problems than we know and this happens often. Call when you can....good luck!!!
 
I had the same thing happen. I banked (or thought I banked online) but got concerned when I looked a week later on the website. I called member services who said that they weren't banked, but I could do that transaction over the phone. Scary glitch in the system.
 
So sorry for both of you but glad Member Services fixed it. I am also glad I am not the only one with this problem and hope that they get this glitch fixed soon. I liked the online option as it was quick and I could do it any time during the day or night. From now on I am calling, even though the hold times are often very long and you are limited on calling hours.
