bank/borrow points use year

i need to know if i have 100 points from feb 2002 that were banked and i now have 100 points from feb. 2003, when do i need to use the bpoints by before they exp.

The points banked from 2002 must be used by Jan 31, 2004. The 2003 points can be banked- based on deadlines, or used by Jan 31, 2004. (If these are banked, they must be used by Jan 31, 2005.)

I am going to give this a try, but someone will correct me if I am wrong. You need to use the banked 2002 points by January 31, 2004. You either need to use the 2003 points by then or you can bank 100% of the 100 2003 points by the end of July 2003, 50% by the end of October 2003 and 25% by the end of November 2003.

and if these 100 feb. 2003 points where transfered from another dvc to me can i bank those points? and the already bank 100 feb. 2002 points (i think they cant be transfer to me) i just have to use them by (dvc makes the ressies for me) by jan.o4
