Good to see you back on the boards! I was born and raised in Bancroft, although we now live near Ottawa. We go back frequently to visit family who still are there. It's a wonderful area for a cottage. Even if your property is not on a lake, there are lots of lakes with public beaches around Bancroft.

Where specifically is the cottage located?
