Hi Bots,
Sara: Glad you were able to get outside. So sorry about the work situation, but good for you for seeing the silver lining in it.
Howard: Great job on your race. I'm sure you'll do well slimming down. You seem to have been successful at that in the past. Is that knee still behaving?
Cindy: Glad you were able to get out for a run. A few more of those and you'll feel like you're right back in it.
Matt: Hope all is well. How's the knee?
Jodi: Great job on your race. Sorry your family didn't get to see you.
Lou: Hope the allergies are better.
Mike: Great job on your race. Glad you were able to check out on time.
Jackie: Hope you've fully recovered from the race.
Dave: Hope all is well with your Dad.
Upon further review of the race results from last weekend. My PR was by just 2 seconds. I'll still take it. I received my Welcome Packet for Boston today. I've only just browsed it, but plan on sitting down soon and reading every word. I called the Dr. for my test results from the past 2 weeks. All came back normal. I guess I should be happy about that, but I still have no idea what is going on. She has a few more tests to send me for: allergy, ultrasound to check my gall bladder and a breath test for excess bacteria(?). I'm starting to think it might be all in my mind.
Have a great night everyone.
Cindy

.

No really. Leg feels OK I guess. Still giving it a rest. Does walking the dog constantly count as cross training?
.

, but he feels good otherwise! He broke down & bought CW-X shorts & they are really helping his hamstring issues. Now he needs to by compression sleeves for his calves b/c they're tight tight tight. I know, but he didn't want the full CW-X pants 'cause he thought they'd be too hot.

Best of luck with the training program

Too exciting about the Boston packet

. I don't exactly look like I should be pursing advanced physical activity at this time
I HATE admitting that I am not Superwoman anymore
