Balloons in good neighbor hotel

About 5 years ago my mom hired a lady to decorate our BWPPI room before we arrived. I can't find her info anywhere. We are going in April for brother in laws 25th anniversary and would love to do this. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Back in 2009 I posted a trip report with pictures of our balloon filled hotel room. My then husband used F2 Balloons and Design, the name of the lady was Michelle. Hope that helps!
