Bald/rug/comb over? What's your preference?

This morning, a local talk radio host did a show asking if guys should let themselves be bald, wear a "rug" or do that "comb over" thing. For me - a naturally bald or balding guy is DEFINITELY better looking than the other choices. What about you?

I abandoned the comb-over a long time ago. I usually keep my hair (or what's left of it) fairly short. This summer I shaved my head for a couple of weeks. I liked it, but DW Sue thought I looked like I was on chemo (thanks honey), so I let it grow back in.

I agree my FIL does the combover and I noticed my Dad starting to do it... Hello boys dont you knwo when the wind picks up that whole flap of hair starts flapping in the breeze? LMBO

I prefer bald over the other 2.

I think bald is the best option out of the three. Although I do have to admit that this world would be a lot less comical if it weren't for bad rugs and comb-overs.

I find receding hairlines--with a flattering cut, mind you--the sexiest of all. My SO carries it off verrrrry well. Oh-la-la!

I have been slowly going bald since I was 15... and I will NEVER do anything about it. I can accept nature like a man!

I do shave it a couple times a year. DW doesn't like it for the first three or four days until it's soft and rubbable. Then I'm good for like 2 weeks. Then it just grows until I shave it again.

I prefer either the nicely trimmed style of Towncrier or the bald all the way style of SideShowBob.

Bald IS hot. Comb over is ridiculous. Our PASTOR has a wicked comb-over. Isn't that vanity? And isn't vanity a sin?????

No goatee? Then just plain bald is the best of the 3 options.

Really, guys - if you MUST do a comb-over or a rug, get a hand mirror, turn around in front of the bathroom mirror, and look at the back.

I'm the one stuck in line behind you, forced to look at it without laughing out loud!!!

I would say bald is the best option. The only other option would be a good rug. Many people don't know what a good rug is because if you have seen one you wouldn't know it. The majority of guys(90% or more) that wear rugs look terrible. Then you see people like Brendan Frasier, William Shatner(now, not before), Harry Connick Jr., Ben Affleck(possibly wears one) and others and you realize there are some great ones out there.

I have see a couple of people with really good ones before and even on the off chance you were able to tell you would still say it looked awesome. I couldn't believe it myself.

My wife is a stylist so I'm a little more aware than most about this stuff.
