Bahama Immigration Form

I'm sure this has been asked before, but a search did not turn up anything. We got out docs today for the Eastern, do we have to fill out this form if we are not going to the bahamas? Is Castaway Cay considered the Bahamas? Thanks

Figured that must be it. Don't know why I haven't bothered to realize that before now. Guess I was trying to get out of some paperwork!
