Thanks for all the input guys. A fanny pack is a bag, yes, however, as I stated before I did not have to always go through the bag check. Just recently as December, they were allowing those with small bags (fanny pack, smaller cross body bags, even lunch bags) go through the no bag line, but would still do a quick check. They did not allow back packs, large bags, or strollers with bags in it. It was just for those with something small to help get through the lines quicker. I asked cause I wasn't sure if that was still the case, I now see they are being even more thorough than when we went in December. The world has gotten a little crazier, so I do expect them to thoroughly check the bag, I have no problems waiting in a bag check line. I just wanted to know the current situation for planning purposes as we aren't going for very long. No big deal, just a simple question, and I received my answer.
