OK an new and imporoved version is up. I goofed around untill it would print to one page portrait. Sent your print marging to .25 left and right and it should work. At least it didn on our Desk Jet and Laser Jet printers.

Someone at the potato festival seems miffed that there is what they think is a second Rose and Crown meet that conflicts with at tea.

No No No that is ... err ... rendezvous & ... carry yeah that is it rendezvous with our wifes and carry the stuff the bought back to the hotel.

This is absolutely amazing, Zurg. What an amazing job. Thank you for doing this. I will definitely want to print this up when I go to WDW. It's so neat to have everything on the same page with all the times and te extra space add notes and different colors for different meets, etc..

I'm guessing that you used a computer program to design this. Is there any way that you can show me the HTML to how to make one of these? I can't use computer programs...lol.

I did it as a table in Microsoft FrontPage.

I tryed Excel first but it didn't work very well so I just poked and prayed with FP.

Now we need to fill in more times for events Patinmn has notes for but not times.

What a wonderful idea! My DH has always made one up in Excel but it isn't anywhere near as detailed as yours! We got it to one page in portrait orientation in Excel by doing 12/2 thru 12/8 across the top and the hours down the left side. I absolutely love the color-coding idea and my schedule is now sooooooooo bee-yoo-tee-full!!! Can't wait to use it, I'm ready to start packing NOW!!!

Okay Jeff Fishing is now tow hours. added a British Invasion at the same time as Rose & Crown 'cause I see a thread here about that (and Barb is lost in the corn and anarchy rules in her absence)

Zurg-man---you are the post-it man---because if I didn't have this great guide I'd be using lots of those post-it's. You and Ray ( among others) are doing a great job keeping us newbies on task--or schedule. I get a little scatter brained when I hit WDW so all your hard work will go to good use.
