I would agree that either making vinegar or tossing it would be advisable. I also don't cook with cooking wine or wine I wouldn't drink.
I am curious about the boxed wine as I am the only wine drinker in my home and I hate opening a bottle to have to throw it out the next day. I can't stand it after the 2nd day. How much are the Black Box reds?
