Call it either way. We had 3 check ins.
BWV one night stay, arrived around 1 on a Saturday afternoon, and room not ready. Wasn't ready until sometime after 4:30, but we got $100 room credit!
VB, well, this was a no problem stay! We had a BC and 2 OVIR's. We didn't arrive until after 4, and everything was ready and perfect! We had the Loggerhead BC and it was excellent! However, DGD, 5 years, lost her first tooth! CM brought over a Piglet stuffed animal and a photograph of Goofy from the tooth fairy!
We arrived at BCV around 2, room wasn't ready. We got the text that it was ready around 3:30, but then they called our HOME phone to say that it was a mistake. Of course we didn't know it wasn't ready and we went up. From the looks of the villa, it had been trashed, and there were 2-3 CM's working on it and they were very apologetic. When the villa was finished, a basket of chocolate treats was delivered to our room. The only evidence of the "trashing"left was if you looked at the TV screen in the living room from the side, there appeared to be words on it, sort of written on with a finger. Since this was a dedicated 2 bedroom with 2 queens, the damage had to be done by a member or a renter from a member, as far as I understand the booking of these units.
We had a great vacation, and the best money I spent was for the "Dessert Party" for the fireworks that we did on July 3rd. We had a reserved table for 9 people, and the choice of and quantity of desserts was excellent. My favorite was the chocolate covered strawberries, but there was also a variety of tarts, fruit, cream brulee, chocolate things, and cheesecakes. The July 3rd fireworks at MK are the ones they have for the 4th of July holiday and there was excellent viewing from the pavillion. OK...maybe not everyone would consider it "excellent" because there were lots that went up 180 degrees and we didn't see the ones that would show up behind our building, but all of us were more than satisfied and were so glad not to be with the crowd outside. The area was air cooled as well. It was not a grossly sticky hot day, but we were much more comfortable to be in the seated area. I think the price was around $30 adults, $15 children. They charged the credit card when I booked, so I don't have the number right at hand.

PS. It's my DDiL who handled the check ins. She has excellent luck with getting freebies. On this family's very first "solo" visit, they all received free park tickets to Epcot. Don't know what it is about her, but CM's seem to love to give her things!
