I ate 4, yes 4, brownies!! No and they weren't lo-carb!!! They were FULL of carbs.............

I am a stressful eater. I can't blame this on PMS.........just having a pre-teen daughter!! UGH!!!

Back to induction today..........with my little tummy ache!!

Sorry you have a tummy-ache. But as the mother of a 17-year-old DD (not to mention 14-year-old son!), I fully understand the source of your stress!!!

Today's another day and you can get back on track. (BTW, you chose one of my absolute favorite cheat foods, LOL!!)

Why don't you reward yourself today by choosing a "legal" food for your next stressful time when you feel like cheating again? And then make sure you have plenty of it in the house. ;)

Thanks for the support. I wish I could kick the soccerr ball around TigH, but my backyard is being landscaped and right now just all dirt!!!! (the brownies were good though!!LOL).......

Game 3 is Friday night and my muscles feel good now.........Ha!

There seems to be a "bad" virus going around in wish. I have had the "bad" happened to me to just a few days ago. I have saw another wisher suffering from "bad" as well. Here's what we do from the moment you feel "bad" coming on and you know your doomed just ride it out. Then "bad" gives us all that yucky in our tummy feeling. Then we have to start fighting "bad" with what's called "willpower" I know you own some cause you would be visiting wish if you did'nt. Anyway's pull out your willpower and chase it down with tons of water. Just plain water will do just fine. You drank lots and lots of water to down that willpower and by tomorrow the next time you eat boom the "bad" virus is all gone. Best wishes
 
I am sorry you have an upset stomach today, I hope you feel better soon. Congrats to you for realizing your mistake and getting right back on program today.

Atleast you enjoyed them. I am so addicted to sugar that I haven't dared had a drop since DS's Confirmation Cake Incident.
How did it make you feel (besides guilty) after you ate them? The Atkins book says you'll be tired.
I have a DS 16, so I know how busy you can get, which tends to catch us at a weak point when your least expecting it.
Thanks for sharing this confession, it makes me more aware of what I have to do each time I read something like this.

Whew...I wasn't the only one bad yesterday!! ;) Not only did I eat at Taco Bell, but I met my dh at Arby's after my night classes! :eek: (hey, I didn't order french fries for the 1st time in months, so I do seem to be getting a little better!! :) ) I just tried the Market Fresh sandwiches at Arby's for the first time the other night, and they are sooo delicious!! I couldn't help myself but to go back, while my dh could get us a discount... ;)
 
How great you are back on plan already. You will be in ketosis again in no time at all.

You need to make some low carb muffins to have around for stressful occasions. I even have a low carb frosting recipe. I have to keep stuff like that around for when dh has a stressful negotiation session. He even carries a couple in his brief case everyday, just in case.

I think we all need to come up with an emergency plan, I know I need to do that.

Don't worry about eating the brownies, that was in the past and you just might stress yourself more if you worry about the past :)

Onward and downward. You can do this, it is just a little tougher with a preteen daughter in the house ;)
