I'm in the same boat! My sciatica flared up on me earlier in the week and it doesn't seem to be going away (we leave in 2 days!!!!) I haven't been to the gym as much lately, which is probably the problem! I find that it'll actually be my hip that causes my sciatica to flare up! I'm going to my yoga class today so that should help! Hopefully I can get to the gym a little earlier and ride the bike for a bit to loosen things up a little before.
I find that sitting is the worst for it. Once I get moving I'm alright, I'm just going to have to stretch in the morning and before bed. I know that if I take care of myself I'll be able to get it under control. The only thing I'm really dreading is the flight!
We have a layover in Denver for a coupe hours, would anyone suggest going to one of those massage joints in there? If not I might just have to do some yoga while waiting for my next flight.
