When DGD was really little and watched the movie "Babe" she stopped eating bacon and ham for a long, long time.. She would cry just looking at it.. LOL..

She's 13 now - and loves her bacon and ham.. Not big on pork chops though..

lol, I don't know how many times I got a cookie thinking it was chocolate and felt the hard betrayal of biting into a raisin one.

If cigarettes need warning labels, why not raisin-infested cookies?

OMG! Y'all crack me up! Yes, I too have been greatly disappointed by accidentally selecting the stinking raisin infested cookie bag on the store shelf, because someone placed them right next to the chocolate chip cookies! There should be a law I tell ya'!

Ummm... I like raisins. Oatmeal raisin cookies are my favorite.

....but back to bacon..... I LOVE bacon.

With the weather so miserable this weekend I made a nice, big pot of loaded baked potato soup. Warm, yummy, bacony goodness.

My nephew is almost three and just beginning to eat after the first few years on a feeding tube (micropremie). One thing he loves is crispy bacon!

My sister buys the precooked bacon because if she opens the fridge for anything he will reach in and grab bacon and eat it when she isn't looking.

I love bacon and writing this makes me want some.

Recently switched to turkey bacon to help our health out a bit. Our youngest DD hates our choice, but we compromised and I make regular bacon every two weeks. It's now a treat.

I make turkey bacon for DH and myself. If I know my nephew will be staying over I get the real bacon.

Mmmm bacon. I try to eat mostly turkey bacon but if I'm on vacation or out to eat I'll have regular bacon. I love a good bacon cheeseburger

I HATE it when that happens! I do like Oatmeal Raisin cookies, but I hate it when I reeeeally want a chocolate chip cookie and then find raisins instead of chocolate
