Bacon Street Dog roasted red pepper ketchup

Hello

Is there Anyone at California Adventure now or soon that would be willing to ask at the Award Wieners stand for the recipe for the roasted red pepper ketchup that they use on the Bacon street dog?

I would very much appreciate it if someone could do that for me.

I'm actually pretty doubtful that walking up to the counter and asking would possibly result in a recipe. I suspect that it comes to them as a prepared product that they just put on the hot dogs.

I'd try emailing Guest Services and seeing if they can help?

Thanks , I’d heard that you could request the recipes , and as they make a lot of food onsite , thought it was worth a shot to ask someone there if it was available.

If Disney gets back to you with the recipe, please post it here! I'm sure there are other people who would love to have it, too. In the meantime, you might try a Google search to see if anyone has come up with a recipe hack that comes close enough for your taste. It might turn out to be something fairly easy -- just a matter of ingredient ratios.

I haven't had the one at DCA but I have made this one before and it is tasty... just don't know how it is in comparison to the one there.
