Bacon Cheese fries and Ranch?

I've looked through all of the menus looking for places who offer some form of cheese fries. I prefer the bacon/cheese/chive dipped in Ranch style but love trying new varietys. I saw Confisco grill had some sort of "Confisco's fries" is this anything more than just plain fries with dipping sauce? I couldn't find much info on it. Also any suggestions for what I am looking for? I saw Blue cheese chips at NBA grill I think it was? How are those?

Offhand, I don't remember seeing cheese fries on any menus in or around Universal. Doesn't mean they're definitely not available... but if you've looked through the menus and haven't seen any, that just might not be something that's available.

I'm not seeing the "Confisco's fries" on the menu on Uni's website... :-/

I, too, am curious about the blue cheese chips at NBC Sports Grill & Brew. They're on my must-try list!

They have them at NBC Sports Grill, NBA City is closed now. I've seen a photo of the blue cheese chips and it looks like the same kind they serve at a local place near my house. Should be house-made kettle chips with white queso and crumbly blue cheese on top. The ones I've had at home are very good, and the photos I've seen of the ones at NBC Sports look the same.

I think bluer posted a picture of the blue cheese fries from NBC on the SAN thread the other day.........though they were half eaten.......so they must be good!!

Yep, it was ours and they are very yummy. We dove right into them and then I said need to snap a photo for the online family before we finish them.
